Odstawiam na 24 godziny do lod\u00f3wki.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Nast\u0119pnie\u00a0schab wk\u0142adam do r\u0119kawa foliowego, szczelnie zamykam, nak\u0142uwam w kilku miejscach i wk\u0142adam na 1,5 godziny do nagrzanego piekarnika.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kiedy schab ostygnie wyjmuj\u0119 z r\u0119kawa, nacinam mi\u0119so na 2 cm kotlety (r\u00f3wnie\u017c od strony ko\u015bci). Pomi\u0119dzy ka\u017cdy kotlet wk\u0142adam plastry jab\u0142ek (plastry uprzednio podsma\u017cam na ma\u015ble i opr\u00f3szam majerankiem).
